For items listed as in stock,your order should be completed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) for us to despatch the same day or before 11:30am on Saturday for delivery Monday. Please note that all orders must pass our security policy before they are despatched and we must be able to take payment successfully, if this is not possible we will email or send an SMS with further instructions. For other items,a delivery estimate will be shown where possible. If we feel we are unable to adhere to the timescale after you place your order we will contact you to make you aware and allow you to change your order if necessary. Items will be sent by your chosen delivery method once they are back in stock and payment will not be taken until the items are despatched (NB. PayPal and Amazon orders are charged immediately).

Returns Policy

We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase (excludes pre-owned watches). You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise.

We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.

Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.

For UK orders under $‌780.00, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself.

It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund of return postage for returns through other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders over $‌780.00, please consult your receipt for details on how to return. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage.

Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer’s manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.

We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.

If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. Brand History

Michel Herbelin founded his company in 1947 in Charquemont, France, he believed in traditional watch making and wanted to take a stand against mass production techniques which were becoming increasingly popular at the time. Working in conjunction with suppliers and specialist laboratories in the Jura Mountains, the traditional home of watchmaking since the 18^th century, he built a reputation on the basis of his elegant, technically sophisticated designs.
The brand was already very well-known in 1972 when Michel’s son Jean-Claude Herbelin joined the company. After Michel’s retirement, Jean-Claude helped push the company into the world market, building a brand image based on creativity and attention to detail. The company is still run by with Jean-Claude Herbelin and his brother Pierre-Michel Herbelin today, with a third generation of Herbelin’s also involved in the family business.

Herbelin watches begin their life on the drawing board at the factory where the team of designers work directly with Jean-Claude Herbelin. The process of a watch going from a sketch to the shop window takes between 12-18 months of painstaking work. Jean-Claude Herbelin stays directly involved with the process in order to ensure that each creation fits in with the company philosophy of creativity combined with attention to detail.
